is a monthly affair held in Ipswich on the third Saturday of every month, except January, and has become a widely attended fixture on the events calendar for many keen shoppers who have adopted the shop local/spend local policy encouraged by the event. There is definitely something for everyone at this handmade, hand-crafted, home-baked and artisans gathering - you will be sure to complete your Christmas shopping in one easy location. Finding just the right gift becomes so much easier with items ranging from gorgeous handmade clothing for all ages, decadent edible delights, soothing soaps and candles and perfect products for your pets as well.
Over 80 stallholders from Warwick and Toowoomba, The Gold Coast and Mt Tamborine, Bribie Island and the north of Brisbane, gather with an abundance of local handmakers to exhibit their talents and their wares at the Ipswich Turf Club. November and December often sees the Expo's biggest contingent of stalls, with up to 110 stallholders on hand for the public to peruse.[BREAK]
As a special treat The Qld Pioneer Steam Train runs in conjunction with every Handmade Expo Market and can be boarded directly opposite the main entry. Discount steam train ride tickets are available until December from
