It is one of the earliest burial grounds in the state with the first recorded burial 140 years ago. It covers forty-six acres, with the cemetery stretching down a steep hill to the Cemetery Reach of the Brisbane River.Hidden amongst the old trees are thousands of gravestones and memorials with hundreds more missing – the result of flood, vandalism & time. Though almost 100,000 souls lie at rest here… forty-two do not. This intimate 2-hour historic ghost tour will be presented by an eerie Tour Guide.
