Celebrate Halloween in safe, open and public spaces
Are you keen to enjoy family-friendly Halloween celebrations? See below for various events and installations within Brisbane and surrounding regions. Many events require bookings, so please register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Halloween 2020 - Grande Finale
31 October, 6:00-10:00pm, Indooroopilly Halloween Haunted House

The Indooroopilly Halloween Haunted House is set to be bigger than ever for it's Grand Finale year at the current location.
Suitable for all ages, with 3 sessions of varying intensity (Low intensity 6pm to 7pm, Medium intensity 7pm to 8pm and "Regular Scary" 8pm onward).

Bookings not required, donations upon entry appreciated.

Halloween Wild (Fright) Night
30 October, 5:30pm, Walkabout Creek Cafe

Families are invited to enjoy an evening of Halloween themed fun. Meet the resident slimy, scaly friends from the Walkabout Creek Discovery Centre along with other spooky activities.
Tickets $30.00 per adult, $20.00 per child. Bookings essential.

Wynnum Scout Troop Haunted Campsite
31 October, 12:00-7:30pm, Wynnum Scout Group

Visit the Haunted Campsite for a fun-filled afternoon of crafts and games. In the evening enjoy a spooky movie and a ghost story around the campfire. Food and drinks are available for purchase. Tickets $10.76 per person.

Halloween Family Funday
31 October, 5:30pm, Sunnybank Community and Sports Club

Pop your best Halloween costume and enjoy a fangtastic Halloween Family Funday. Children's entry includes a party bag, DJ, balloon twisters, pop top drink and ice cream cone. Entry $5 per child and $2 per adult. Bookings and pre-payments required.

Halloween Night Adventures: Raven Street Reserve
31 October, 6:30-8:00pm, Downfall Creek Bushland Centre

Enjoy a guided night walk with staff from Brisbane City Council's Environment Centres and discover the wonders of Downfall Creek Bushlands after dark. Free event, bookings are essential.

Junior Quota Spooky Fair
27 October, 4:30-8:00pm, Beenleigh Historical Village & Museum

Enjoy an evening of fun in a safe environment. Activities include a trick-or-treat trail, creepy crafts, face-painting and games. There will also be a free sausage sizzle and prizes for best costumes. Tickets $15 each (proceeds go to Junior Quota Beenleigh).

Halloween on Bimbadeen
31 October, 5:00-8:00pm, Elephas Education Loganholme

Elephas Education Loganholme presents a free event for all members of the community. Enjoy a wide variety of activities, including a spooky-themed jumping castle, trick-or-treating adventure, giant human maze, face painting and crafts. A spooky film will also be shown at 6:00pm on an outdoor cinema screen.
