This offering gesture is called the 'kerasma'.
Get to know this exceptional white cheese; the only cheese you can cook on fire, as there'll be a display of making the cheese stage by stage as it's been done for aeons. Predominantly made by women, you get a better appreciation of seeing the secret of cheese making handed down from generations. A variety of food plates will be available to buy from the Kantina kitchen, with an assortment of wines and refreshments on the Verandah corner.
