Why call it BABY Calamari?
It sounds horrible - like earring Babies!
It is very difficult to find good pan fried or deep fried Calamari anywhere recently. Plenty of awful stuff out there being sold that should not be allowed on a plate let alone served to paying customers.
Looking forward to trying this dish. Will ask for the calamari - without roadside weeds on the side. They are dry, unappetising, and unnecessary.

I don't know how they determine if a calamari is a baby or an adult. Talk to a professional chef I guess? What have you been "sold" as calamari and wasn't and what was it instead?
