It's 50 years since the original Australian production of Hair The Musical, the Victorian premiere will have a limited season of seven performances at the Geelong Performing Centre from 4 to 8 September, 2019.
Hair The Musical is the story of a group of politically active long-haired hippies living a bohemian life in New York City. Claude with his best friend Berger, their roommate Sheila and their friends struggle to balance their lives, loves and the sexual revolution against their conservative parents, society and the war. Claude must decide whether to resist the draft like his friends or give into the pressure of conservative America to serve in Vietnam, comprising his anti-violence principles and risking his life.

Leading the cast is Hugh Sheridan in the role of Berger while Paulini will be starring as Dionne. Joining them is Prinnie Stevens who plays Sheila. Other cast members include Matthew Manahan, Angelique Cassimatis, Harris M Turner, Stefanie Caccamo and Callan Purcell. Completing the tribe are Emma Hawthorne, Luke Jarvis, Joe Kalou, Julian Kuo, Louis Lucente, Sun Park and Monique Salle.
