"What's better than a good beer? A good beer for you AND your four-legged best mate."

Always looking for new dog-friendly events to take your dog to? Well, look no further, and make sure to mark this down in your diary! On Saturday 11th March 2017, Atticus Finch Cafe is hosting a '' event from 2pm all the way through to 10pm. That's potentially eight hours worth of fun, for both you and your dog - what's not to love?

Bring your fur-date along for a fun afternoon/evening fuelled by the consumption of good craft beer that will have you savouring every drop. Of course, fitting in with the dog theme, Atticus Finch will have a range of 'dog beers' available "at pawwriffic prices", such as Brewdog (multinational brewery and pub chain from Scotland), Parrot Dog (from New Zealand, whose range includes beers such as 'Bloodhound' and 'BitterBitch'), Moon Dog (craft brewery, with a funky bar in Victoria, Australia), and much more! And of course, there's no way that any pawrent would allow their dog to be left out - lucky for you, Atticus Finch will also have available Beerdog Brewhouse 's Beerdog Bitter, available by the stubby or "the bowl". Don't worry, it's not actual beer (although it certainty looks like it!) - rather, it's a "non-alcoholic, meaty beast of a beer crafted especially for dogs".



The general consensus is that drinking on an empty stomach is never a good idea, so Atticus Finch have also kindly provided pork scratchings for the humans, and pork treats for the fluffies, free of charge! There will also, of course, be other food and drinks available to satisfy any other cravings you may have. Fingers crossed that no accidents happen, but in case your dog is a raging alcoholic and consumes one too many canine drinks, Pete from Aussie Pooch Mobile Dog Wash Kenmore will be making a special appearance in the afternoon, for pre or post dog beer baths. Jokes aside, Aussie Pooch Mobile guarantee that your dog will be thoroughly washed, flea free, and smelling great - or you'll get your money back. As Atticus Finch likes to say, dog washes are like dogs having their own personal foam pawty!
