An animal nursery and wildlife park called the Hahndorf Farm Barn. It is a refreshing place to be and all ages are welcome. An interactive experience, especially for children, which gives them an opportunity to meet friendly animals. Kids can touch and see animals in a safe environment. These include baby chicks, rabbits, guinea pigs, baby lambs and cows. There are so much more irresistible and cute animals to see. There are plenty of activities to explore. Children are encouraged to step out of their comfort zone, have a different experience and be educated about all the animals.
Farm Show
Milk A Cow
Farm shows starts at 11am and 2.30pm every day, which is where everyone is taught the correct way of milking the cows.
Hold The Animals
Baby Chicks
The children get to watch baby chicks hatching from the egg. All staff are great at supporting children by inviting them to hold the baby chicks.
Feeding The Animals
Rabbits And Guinea Pigs
Children are welcome to sit with the rabbits and guinea pigs and carrots are provided to hand feed the animals.
Little Lambs
All of the children asked and supported by the staff to hold the bottle and feed the lambs through the fence.
Extra Information
Picnic And BBQ
There are many tables to have a Picnic or a BBQ.
Gift Shop
There are refreshments and many gifts to take home to use as a memory or give as a gift.
Opening Hours
Opening hours are 10am to 4pm - 7 days a week.
Open every day of the year (including all public holidays) except the 24th to the 26th of December.
