Opinion
Other than the 3 highlighted recipes, I did not like this book.
The authors wrote about what you need in your pantry and what equipment to have, but the pantry ingredients and equipment have nothing to do with the recipes that they have.
Then, the book went from a first kitchen to first dorm room to first apartment. Should not the order be first dorm room to first kitchen? Wound't first kitchen and first apartment be about the same whether a home or an apartment? Thus, a first kitchen.
The lists were monstrous. There is no way a person living on a budget could afford.
I give this book a
4-star rating.
