While we may have missed the "beach body in time for summer" train. Working out with beautiful weather and getting up early to the sun shining definitely makes the task easier.

Melbourne based outdoor group fitness business, GUSU (get up, stand up), is different from the never ending crowd of "fitness professionals" out there. They will advise, assist and demonstrate a healthy lifestyle but what they won't do is punish you or pressure you...They will push you to challenge yourself but they are all about balance. While they are experts they are also legendary people so if you are struggling with something don't hesitate to ask and they will answer all your questions!

Head Trainer Bradd

Bradd is the head trainer at GUSU and has been in the fitness industry since 2011. Bradd has vast experience with elite athletes and loves nothing more than helping his clients get the most out of themselves while understanding that fitness is learning how to train the mind along with the body. Bradd has a strong focus on setting challenging goals and working hard to achieve them. He is passionate about changing the way everyday Australian view exercise and is always striving to create new and exciting way to enjoy exercise.

Miss B

Bernadette has recently started as a trainer with GUSU and has brought her unique style and personality to the sessions. Miss B has a very uplifting and vibrant persona which creates a fun and energetic atmosphere within her sessions. She has a passion to help everybody develop a healthier lifestyle and is looking to have sessions dedicated to pre and post natal women in the near future.
