Guru Life Café boasts a coffee roaster with a distinct black exterior, sharp red lettering and its own garden and duck pond. New to Rosemount, it is very easy to spot as you meander along a scenic back road to Nambour.



Parking is available out front and their desirable coffee blend is well known from its sister shop The Pocket at Moffat Beach – where they combine Indian, Columbian, Ethiopian and Kenyan beans – they claim enlightenment with every cup … if only it was that easy. It's really worth a visit to their website just to absorb their exotic descriptions of said beans, their 'stories' range from blessed by virgin goddesses, to witches, to intoxication … so be prepared for the paranormal. Should I call the ghost busters?



They neglect to mention their amazing menu and very large meals, be sure to bring your appetite. All-day breakfast is worth noting and as a vegetarian I'm please to note that I'm well catered for and if you miss their last orders at 2pm the cabinet offers a reasonable range of snacks.



Open every day from 6am to 4pm – this trendy café is worth seeking out even if they can't deliver on the enlightenment.
