On Thursday 2 November, Gullotti Galleries will proudly present selected works by popular award-winning Australian artist, Anthony Breslin.
Entitled 'Destiny of a Warrior', his work depicts his journey back from the brink of death as he battled cancer and kidney failure for the past three years.
The exhibition has taken a year to build. Using watercolours he brings to life lots of different characters based on his consciousness in continually dealing with pain and illness. Breslin believes his way of seeing and feeling has been incredibly enhanced by his life-threatening situation, and has injected a deeper perspective into his work.
Founder and owner of Gullotti Galleries, Paul Gullotti says, "Breslin has a great connection with Perth and there are many collectors of his art here, so his 'comeback' show will be greatly anticipated."
"I am now aware of the importance of making every day matter and therefore I am much more inclined to take more risk in my expression and creativity which I'm sure you'll appreciate in my new exhibition."
'Destiny of a Warrior' presented by Gullotti Galleries an exhibition by Anthony Breslin will be at Claremont Quarter from 2nd November to 17th November 2017.
