Guided Walk Through Golden Wattle Park / Mirnu Wirra (Park 21W)

This June, come and join the Adelaide Parklands Association on a guided walk through Golden Wattle Park / Mirnu Wirra (Park 21W) with Park 21W Ambassador, Marjon Martin.

The 90 minute walking tour will take in the historic Lundie Gardens, the Princess Elizabeth playground, the playing fields, native bush regeneration, the Park's historic connection to an annual "Wattle Day", and a somewhat controversial record of tree plantings.

The walk is suitable for children and you can bring your dog as well (on a lead).

Why not see a different side and dig a little deeper into the history and the beauty of our city's green garland? The walk commences at 2 pm on Sunday 4th June from the corner of South Terrace and Sir Lewis Cohen Avenue.
