Branch out, be like a tree and stay grounded. Join fellow yogis of all levels of skill for a one-hour grounding yoga practice and half an hour meditation session at the Bloom Room in Kingsley!

This wonderful event will take place on Saturday the 5th of October, and will be a session that focuses on the root chakra, which is the home of stability, security and basic needs.

These are two sessions on offer, the first being at 9:30am and the second at 2:00pm. You are welcome to come to the morning or afternoon session, or stay for both!

Guiding both meditations and the morning yoga is the lovely Alice Edwards, and the afternoon yoga will be led by Colette from the Bloom Room.

All money raised from this event will go towards buying land in Kenya where Evie Grace Foundation can build a new home for more than 110 former street children. These children have been through extensive trauma included being beaten and sexually assaulted, and having to fight to have their basic needs met.

There's a reason that in yoga we practice Vrksasana or tree pose (pictured above). It's a grounding pose that tests both focus and balance whilst creating a quiet mind.

As Steve Goodier said, "Get yourself grounded and you can navigate even the stormiest roads in peace."

Turn over a new leaf and come and get grounded so that Kenya's most vulnerable children can keep growing.

Tickets include the following:
One hour yoga practice Half an hour mediation, plant-based treats, a Goody bag with incredible sustainable & ethical brands including Koala Eco Cleaning products, Indigo Jade, Jama Deodorant, Kosmea Oils, Loving Earth Margaret River Hempco, Krieitiviti Soaps and Koko Deluxe Hot Chocolate.

There will even be a chance to win an amazing Ecotan hamper!
