It was a surprise to find the activity-packed located off the rather busy Shand Street in Alderley, but once stepping inside I found it difficult to leave. There is something for everyone.

Curious and energetic kids are spoilt for choice with unique play equipment centred around the canopy shaded fort playground. The fort includes colourful tunnels, a climbing net, chain ladders and even a fireman's pole. Wood chips provide ground cover for little feet. The sapphire blue circular lie down group swing looks really fun.

Toilets, shelters, barbeques and picnic areas set against sprawling lush, green grass make a wonderful spot for a picnic.

For the more energetic, the park has a half court basketball court, skating and rollerblading space. Bring your racquet and try your ball skills on the rebound wall for a tennis hit up for game of handball. And if you still aren't tired, try out the fitness circuit for agility and flexibility training.

provides access to the Kedron Brook cycleway, with wide open spaces and a very sweet wooden bridge. The community noticeboard keeps you up to date with local happenings. The park has its own designated parking area which makes access a breeze and the fun endless.
