This restaurant is no longer trading.

Grill'd is a chain of restaurants in Australia that serves a variety of burgers. The Grill'd restaurant in Norwood is situated near the Hoyts movie theatre in Parade Central. Parade Central recently underwent a renovation to improve the quality of the centre and added a few eating places. Apart from Grill'd, there is now a sushi bar and a shop that sells frozen yogurt.

The meals are a bit expensive because there isn't the option of ordering combo packs. They sell a wide variety of burgers outside of the usual chicken and beef burgers, including lamb burgers, vegetarian burgers and steak sandwiches. You can choose a gluten free or low carb super bun in place of the regular bun. The 'Baa Baa Burger' had a moist lamb patty that was cooked perfectly and the fillings complemented it perfectly.

One of the vegetarian options is the 'Field of Dreams', which has a juicy grilled mushroom in place of a meat patty. The roasted peppers, basil pesto, cheese and herbed mayonnaise accentuated the flavour of the grilled mushroom. To accompany the burgers, you have the choice of Grill'd chips, sweet potato chips and zucchini chips. Their Grill'd chips were cooked just right and were sprinkled with a unique mix of sea salt and rosemary.

One of the most notable things about Grill'd is that they support various local charity groups. Each customer receives a token to drop into one of the three jars at the entrance of the store to indicate the charity group he or she wants to support. The group that gets the most tokens at the end of the month gets donated the most money, while the other two still get some money to ensure they don't miss out.
