You may have heard of vintage wine so many times that it just doesn't register. Here's a new challenge for you: Try to get your head around a vintage steak. No, it's not meat that's been left to rot for a number of years - or months - for that matter. Rather, it is steak that has been dried out for a period of at least 30 days prior to simmering. And the Grill Steak Seafood restaurant is proud of such long-standing expertise in this area.

As the title suggests, this top notch Hardware Lane eatery is all about steak, seafood and poultry. But for those of you who aren't really on the carnivorous side of food, there is a pasta and salads menu available. There's also a wide range of well-presented desserts available that provide the finishing touch to all main meals.

Whether you dine inside or alfresco, your ears will be tickled by the restaurant's much loved jazz band.
