Everybody loves a dog, and if you have been considering getting a new dog, (for life, not just for Christmas), then take this to be the sign you have been waiting for. Get yourself down to the
Greyhound Adoption Day and find your new best friend.
This not for profit organisation, Greyhound Adoption WA, will be on site at the Hyde Park Hotel. If you have any questions about adopting one of these great dogs, then they will be happy to answer any questions you have. They will also bring some of their lovely greyhounds with them on the day. You can meet them, pat them and see if you fall in love with them. If you are lucky enough, you can fill out the adoption paperwork there and then.
If you have your own dog already and aren't looking to get another, don't worry. You will still be welcome. You can even bring your own dog with you on the day. There will be a dog wash available and you can spruce your pooch up. You can get yourself a beer and meet some great animal lovers on the day too. 100% of the proceeds from the wash go to the Greyhound Association.
If you're interested in getting to meet a greyhound (and who wouldn't!) or even taking a greyhound home with you, then head to the Hyde hotel in Perth, on Sunday, December 4th between 11am and 2pm.
