An annual event held at State Flora Nursery, Belair
Grey Box Community Organisation Inc are dedicated to the protection and restoration of the grey box woodlands (Eucalyptus microcarpa) within the urban hills areas of Adelaide' and are celebrating its 10 year anniversary of Grey Box Day at State Flora Nursery, Belair this Sunday, 5 May 2019, from 10am until 4pm.
Grey Box Day's aim is to increase the extent of nationally-endangered Grey Box Grassy Woodlands by providing the public with opportunities to plant and establish local native plants in their home gardens
Entry to Grey Box Day 2019 at State Flora Nursery, Belair is free, with the opportunity to purchase a pre-filled pack of 20 native plants for $30 - representing great value for home gardens and the environment.

Grey Box Day 2019's celebrations will also feature community speakers, a CFS BBQ sausage sizzle, environmental education information, kids activities and live music by local SA band, The Fiddle Chicks.
On arrival at Belair National Park, drive through to the entrance and let Park staff know you're there for Grey Box Day at State Flora Nursery - you will then be provided with a free parking permit, to park at State Flora Nursery which is located on Queen's Jubilee Drive.
