Walking is one of the best exercises you can give yourself, especially if you have issues where you can no longer jog or do strenuous pursuits.
Parks Victoria – Park Walks are hosting a relaxed volunteer-led walkthrough
Gresswell Forest on
Sunday Mornings from 14th March to 23rd May 2021. This event is FREE, however, everyone is required to register through
Eventbrite to attend.

The park is a medium difficulty walk that includes uneven ground and small hills, so make sure you wear suitable shoes for walking. Taking approximately one and half hours to complete, make sure you bring a water bottle, sunscreen, a hat and wear clothing suitable to the environment. You may require insect repellent as well.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, the event will be cancelled and anyone who has registered will be sent an email as notification. COVID-19 restrictions will apply, which includes the need for physical distancing, personal protective equipment including face masks and good hygiene. By proceeding with your activity booking, you agree to comply with all staff and volunteer instructions to ensure COVID 19 required are adhered to.
