Free event promoting green living for the whole family
Twice a year Brisbane is treated to the Green Heart Fair, a premier community and sustainability fair which promotes green living and the benefits of being eco-friendly. With over 100 sustainability organisations, community groups, artisans, foodies, green-thumbs, conservationists, businesses and eco experts there will be lots to see and do with your whole family.
There will be two large outdoor stages with a mixture of music and children's entertainment throughout the day. Peppa Pig will be keeping the kids busy with her 'Jump In Puddles' show while the older crowd can watch The Vernons on the Channel 7 Main Stage later in the evening.

Parents and adults have two opportunities to watch a cooking demonstration by celebrity chefs Paul & Blair from My Kitchen Rules on Westpac Grown.Eat.Live stage.
Meet the Reds and The Brisbane Roar in the Sports Arena where you'll find demonstrations from Little Kickers, Rookies2Reds and Queensland Netball. Get the kids interested in playing a team sport and find out more information on the city's junior sports programs.
There will also be markets stalls with 40 sustainability displays with great prizes and giveaways. Reverse Garbage will be attending the event with a display of RG items and talking to the public about recycling and sustainability which is what their business does best.
