Do you want to know a secret? Hidden away down a winding road on the Lower North Shore is, in my opinion, the best kids' beach ever. Greenwich Baths is a fully gated beach with spectacular city views but is also small enough that you can keep an eye on your little ones from end to end.
For a small entry fee, Greenwich Baths provide an assortment of share toys for the kids, deck chairs and sun lounges for the adults, and a kiosk that sells great hot and cold food and drinks.
Not just for kids, there is also a dedicated lap area for swimmers and there are shower and WC facilities available. The baths are also fully netted and offer plenty of shady areas as well.
Looking for a venue for a birthday party? Contact Greenwich Baths direct (see website) for availability, pricing and catering options.
If all that wasn't enough to get you in your car heading to Greenwich Baths, they also have a fantastic end of school year party with music, sausage sizzle and jumping castle as well as twilight movie screenings (check events on website).
The best part for me is I have always found a sun lounge available.... I wonder if that will change now I have shared my secret beach with you all. Enjoy!
