Every kid knows about dirtgirl. The amazing environmentalist, with a great singing voice and an even better sustainable message in all her shows, is a favourite among kids of all ages.

On Clean Up Australia day this year, dirtgirl is offering the chance to be included in the dirtgirl music video "What a Load of Rubbish"!

To be included in this great offer, your kids need to get together with their friends at school and tell dirtgirl about what great environment projects they are going to do at school. Some ideas may include kitchen gardens, recycling stations, energy saving schemes or compost farms. If you have not heard your child talking about sustainability, here is a great chance to instigate a program at your child's school and enter the 2014 Green Kids Award.

In 2014, all finalists of the award will be included in the dirtgirl music video. To enter, your child's school needs to participate in the 2014 Schools Clean Up Day (as a registered CleanUp Site) and has either started or plans to start a sustainability and/or environmental program. The kids can make art, videos, songs to showcase their work in support of the application and enter into various competitions too.

There is also the opportunity to be either the Junior or Senior National Winner, and as part of their prize, dirtgirll will personally visit their school for a picnic, debate or talk. Go and approach a staff member when your kids start back at school, to register the school, as the first 100 schools to register will receive a prize!
