Located on Aeolian Drive, near the Golden Grove Village shopping centre, Green Ginger is a family owned restaurant where the owners and staff provide a friendly welcome to customers. It's the kind of place where the favourite dishes of regular customers are remembered and each visit leaves you wanting to return… soon.

Jai and Lani Budiono have developed the Asian fusion menu to suit all palates. The fusion of Thai, Chinese and Indian cuisine provides a wide selection of meals from tasty curry to selection of stir-fries, there is something for everyone.
The ideal venue for a celebration or just a quiet family meal, the menu offers a wide variety of starters, main courses and desserts as well as banquet meals.

Starters include such tempting delights as samosa, chicken satay, hot and sour soup and dumplings. The main course menu includes from dishes the wok, curries, noodles, chef specials and plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options
It's a tough choice from the chef's special menu. My family favourites are the Khmer Chargrilled Chicken, spicy marinated chicken served with sweet chilli sauce and the tangy Uncle's Crispy Beef. The GG chicken, a southern style Indian dish with ginger, garlic and mild masala sauce is a winner as well, as there is the always popular Honey Chicken.

From the wok noodle bar, a selection of stir fried dishes with vegetables, chicken, prawn or beef provide a wide range of choices.
Curry fans have not been forgotten at Green Ginger. Thai Red Curry, Malaysian Penang Beef and Indian options including Vindaloo and Butter chicken are available to suit lovers of mild, moderate of hot curries. A selection of side dishes including fried rice, steamed vegetables and satay vegetables, together with a selection of predominantly South Australian wines, beers and ciders round out a deliciously satisfying meal. Soft drinks and coffee are also available.
Dessert lovers will find an assortment of sweet treats to satisfy the sweetest tooth. Try the Deconstructed Apple Pie, an apple filling with separate pastry shards, served with ice cream or perhaps the familiar favourites Fried Ice Cream or Waffles.
Children have a selection of main courses on offer including sides such as friend rice and noodles and kids get an ice cream to follow.
