Allergy friendly food for the soul
Published August 23rd 2012
If you venture a little off Sydney road, down Victoria street, you'll find a lovely little shop called Green Collective.

Green Collective is a hybrid between a second hand clothing store and a health food store. They sell products that are "recycled, fairly made, locally sourced and kind to the earth". Their aim is to reduce waste, secure local jobs and leave a lighter carbon footprint.

They stock a huge range of second-hand products from clothes, shoes and accessories, to kitchen goods and toys. You'll also find many natural products, such as environmentally friendly underwear, beauty products and even basketballs, behind their doors.

If a trek to Brunswick sounds too much, they also have a store on Anderson street in Yarraville.

Get down there and learn about clean living.
