Food trucks, stalls, activities, rides, entertainment and more can be expected on the day of this cultural event, so put the date in your diary. Stay in touch via the Facebook event page's discussion section for updates and snippets of information.

Most importantly, don't miss out on the The LARGEST Galaktoboureko (Greek Vanilla Slice) Competition. Show off your baking skills and get the opportunity to win some amazing prizes from the Sponsors. The amazing Melbourne Epirotic Ensemble will be performing LIVE on the day. They were formed in Melbourne by a mixture of musicians playing acoustic string, brass and percussion instruments. They perform traditional and contemporary music and cover a vast number of genres.

The discussion section is the best place to start for a plethora of information on the food and market stalls that will be at the Festival. Latin American caterers with killer tacos and mouth watering nachos; colourful clouds of confectionary sculpted onto a a stick; naughty Frenchy crepes; wagyu brisket patties and more will draw you in with their aromas and keep you lining up for their deliciousness.

The Crossroad Orthodox book store will also be selling their collection of Orthodox books for young and old at the Festival. Athens - The Home of Greece is a small family run business bringing you traditional and contemporary Greek trends so be sure to catch their stall at the Fest. Meet Cindy and Helen from twentyone grams. They specialise in the creation of artisan memorial wheat (koliva, kolyva), made with fresh and nutritious ingredients. There's enough here to whet your appetite and it's only the tip of the iceberg.
