Ever thought of running away with the circus? Well, here's your chance.
The Great Moscow Circus is in town at Coomera and North Lakes Westfield Shopping Centre for over a month and is getting ready to wow the crowds.
This year, the tour has 30 performers from Brazil, Russia, Greece, Ukraine, Belarus, Switzerland and of course, Australia, who will be showcasing their jaw-dropping circus acts. A circus just isn't a circus without the heady mixture of daredevil acts, incredible costumes, makeup, hair and props and The Moscow Circus has it all.
The extreme circus will keep you on the edge of your seat with death-defying high wire acts, aerial silk artists flaunting their dexterity and strength mid-air, trapeze artists balancing on their itsy-bitsy toes and fingers, along with the ominous globe of death, featuring motorbikes.
If you're not sucked in by the thought of these extreme circus acts and prefer something a bit tamer, then the performers have it covered as magicians and clowns will make you giggle and forget all your troubles for two and half hours, with a short intermission. Please note there are no animals involved in this circus.
The Moscow Circus starts on Thursday February 6th at 7pm, at Westfield Shopping Centre, Coomera. The circus will be at Coomera up until Sunday February 23rd with shows performing during the day and regularly at night. The Moscow Circus will be setting up camp at North Lakes Westfield Shopping Centre from February 27th to March 15th, with plenty of shows to book tickets too.
This is a wheelchair friendly and family friendly event for all to enjoy.
The Moscow Circus is situated at 103 Foxwell Rd, Coomera and access can be made via the walkway near the Beachhouse Bar and Grill. The Moscow Circus is situated at North Lakes from February 27th and access is available via Stapylton St., North Lakes Westfield. Tickets start from $25 for children and adults $35. My family saw the Circus at North Lakes on the weekend. Great show, lots of motorbikes, heart stopping acrobatics, and ridiculous clowning around. The young kids laughed throughout, and the teenagers loved the stunts and trampolines. A fun night out.
