The Forever Project proudly presents with Don Hancey and the Great Gardens Team on Thursday 27th March 2014 at Perth Zoo.

This special event will see celebrity chef Don Hancey team up with the Great Gardens Food Theatre team and MC James Lush to inspire and empower guests towards creating their own healthy, holistic and wholesome food cycles at home, starting with how nutritious food is grown, prepared, eaten and ultimately returned by recycling the food waste into a growing medium for more healthy food.

Demonstrating the importance of a healthy diet in a fun and engaging environment will be well-known gardening and sustainability personality Chris Ferreira, who has a solid background in environmental science and has emerged as a leading authority on sustainable gardening, land care, sustainable development and energy efficient home design; horticulturist and nursery owner Steve Wood, who is also a well-regarded ABC Radio Garden Talk Back host, and presenter with Channel 7's Green Fingers Gardening program; current patron of The Forever Project James Lush, who has hosted almost every show on 720 ABC at least once and is host of the highly popular ABC radio Saturday Breakfast Show; Sabrina Hahn who managed a nursery in Kalgoorlie and now runs a landscaping business; and WA's Food ambassador Don Hancey, who loves nothing more than working with quality local producers to help grow their business, their opportunities and create innovative ways to present, showcase and market their produce by creating a world class dish.

As part of the experience, guests will enjoy a first-class gourmet meal; you can view the delightful four course menu here . Each table will also receive two complimentary bottles of Talijancich Wine and beer, soft drinks and additional wine will be available for purchase on the night.

Tickets for the event are now on sale through Try Bookings and are priced at $90.00 per person or invite your family and friends and make up a table of 6 and pay the discounted price of $500.
