If you're a fan of classic British films, you will be a fan of the Great British Retro Film Festival. Thanks to this festival, 19 classic British films will be coming to a big screen near you.
David Stratton of
At The Movies' Margaret and David fame, a classic in his own right as an Australian film critic, is behind the festival, which is the first of its kind and will see Cinema Nova showcase British films rarely seen on big screen, including 2001 A Space Odyssey, A Room With A View, Brassed Off and Lawrence Of Arabia.
The festival will run throughout August 2015. The full list of films to be shown in the Lygon Street cinema is:
