The Great Beginnings Southern River Centre at 8 Bikram Circuit, Southern River are having an Open Day on Saturday 10 September 2022 from 10.30am to 1.30pm AWST, and you're invited. It's a free event, and all you need to do is register here to attend. You're welcome to spread the word and bring family and friends. It's going to be a fun-filled day with lots to do, with a special planting of bush tucker in the garden to celebrate Dijilba. Djilba is one of the 6 Noongar seasons that runs from August to September.

Other fabulous activities to enjoy include face painters on the premises, henna artists and a petting zoo so you can cuddle and pat our furry friends. The balloon twister will be around making your imagination come to life, so don't forget to check out his artistic abilities. Community stalls will be there promoting their products, tasty menu samples created by the Centre's very own chef, art and craft activities and more. While there, be sure to take a tour of this brand new childcare centre, so you can be fully versed about all the facilities available and pass it on to friends who may need to know. All in all, it's a fun day out for the whole family.
