Bill an award-winning author, Songwriter, Storyteller, Performer and Playwright is at again with more entertaining Australian stories he has written from interviews he has recorded with his contributors. Naturally, you can expect a few tearjerkers, but there will be also the usual funny, real-life and timeless stories Bill brings to life.
Over three years, Bill travelled thousands of kilometres conducting over 100 interviews to create his latest collection, of Great Australian Bush Funeral Stories. At his book launch, Bill will be reading from his new book as well as performing some of his songs from his latest CD, Open Roads - The songs and stories of Bill "Swampy" Marsh.
You are invited to Burnside Library, 401 Greenhill Road, Tusmore, for an afternoon of stories, songs and laughter. Wine and nibbles will be provided free.
