Celebrate this Australia Day in the Brisbane CBD with a choice of events to mark Australia's story.
What is Australia Day?Australia Day is a national holiday acknowledged on 26 January each year to recognise the story of Australia, its history, its people and the landing of the First Fleet in 1788. Whether it's cooking up a barbeque with friends, spending the day at the beach, or bowling up a game of backyard cricket, there are many ways to celebrate this public holiday.
Here are a couple of organised events happening in the Brisbane city centre to commemorate Australia Day 2023.
