There will be street style vendors who will have a range of different food on offer including menus with special dietary requirements.

The festival will use a token system. Tokens will be used to purchase all beverages and food during the day. One token is valued at $1.50. Tokens are not refundable or redeemable for cash; however any leftover tokens can be used for their actual value at Crust Pizza Geelong and Belmont. You can attend one of the free seminars; topics include how to match beer with food or how to brew your own craft beer at home.

A couple of competitions will be a talking point at the festival including BEERography which features photos of what craft beer means to you. It's open to amateur and professional photographers and the winning entry will be displayed permanently at Little Creatures Geelong Brewery. Also, you could become Geelong Champion homebrewer and win to get your recipe brewed and have your own stall at the festival next year.
