Grab the kids and head down to the funnest trampoline centre in Melbourne! Gravity Zone trampoline park is one the best ones we have been to and is our "go-to" for fast-paced fun.

Located in Seaford, close to freeways and Carrum Downs is an epic trampoline park. Here you will find many trampolines to bounce on for however long you wish. We usually opt for a two-hour bounce as the kids get pretty puffed after a while.

There are performance trampolines where you can do stunts. My eldest enjoys jumping really high and doing flips, they also like to watch the professional staff do all kinds of neat tricks on these trampolines.

Dodgeball trampolines are fun for the whole family, with two competing sides, a bunch of balls and trampolines. Throw the ball at the other team to get someone out. You can verse your friends or total strangers. Either way, it's super fun and gets the heart pumping.

Free jump has trampolines spread out and you can jump to your heart's content. We enjoy bouncing from one end to the other!

If you're feeling dehydrated from all the exercise, they have free drinking fountains available and also free lockers to store all your belongings in.

The upstairs cafe offers a variety of tasty food including hot chips, sausage rolls, pies, nuggets, and some healthy alternatives too.

You arrive fifteen minutes before your session and the staff will supply you with a wristband and socks if you need them. Then you go and enjoy your hour of jumping!

You will need to keep hydrated and take small breaks when necessary, because of all the running and jumping you will be doing.

The best part of this place is the totally wicked foam pit. This involves bouncing along a long trampoline then plummeting into a big sea of foam blocks. The kids keep going again and again and never tire of it - it is a bit tricky to get yourself out of the foam, so young kids should be kept on an eye on and immediately helped because they can easily slip through the blocks and become scared.

Gravity Zone is our favourite place to venture on the school holidays and is the perfect place to be when it's rainy and cold outside.

You can also visit this place in summer as it is fully air-conditioned so you won't feel the heat at all.
