Grateful for the Grate Life Cafe
At a recent visit to Dayboro I came across a new cafe (opened in January), and judging by what I saw, they have a 'Grate' following. I only had a coffee - which was great - but seated near the counter I was able to witness the goings on in the cafe. I was surprised about the number of people who arrived on that Sunday, and many appeared to be regular customers. Some excited about the new menu, but one "missing" her favourite!
Family groups including children, (yes, they have a highchair or two), arrived and were well catered for - it was lunch time and the staff were busy and happily displayed great customer service.
A number of people requested Gluten Free and I am pleased to report that they do cater well for those on this and other special diets.
The cafe is a bit quirky with delightful decorations, and a fun atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor area was most popular as the deck looks over the nearby creek. There's plenty of parking too.
There are two play areas for children and a gift shop as well.
