For lovers of yong tau foo
Leaving the city via train, I made my way to the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I got off at Glen Waverley Railway Station and decided to have lunch there before continuing my journey. The yong tau foo at The Grand Tofu was definitely worth the stopover.
Yong tau foo is a Chinese dish consisting of stuffed tofu cubes, eggplants, mushrooms, bitter melons, fish balls, crab sticks, okra, chillies, wontons, etc served in a broth soup with noodles. It is commonly eaten in various parts of South East Asia.
