Graffiti art is different from random tagging, which is often associated with property damage and can be hard to remove. Instead graffiti art is creative and often has a social or political element.

Note the barbed wire fence.

You may be surprised to see graffiti art in Mornington or Frankston, but it is there and some of it is pretty good. There are some interesting stencils being used, such as the special Christmas ones that popped up on the wall of the local Church in Mornington and in a few other well chosen locations.
