Beef Pho at Gourmet Noodle House

I've been coming down to this Vietnamese restaurant, Gourmet Noodle House since I was eleven.

I love their beef pho, springs rolls and occasionally, I would steal my father's fried chicken from his dish. It's a local favourite among both the Asian community and non-Asian community since it's cheap and has VERY quick service.

Although my past experience with the restaurant has been extremely delightful, now I think it has lost some praise. At times, my parents would point out the bok choy doesn't seem fresh or the beef is chewy; it's a hit or miss. Overall, I would still come here to eat if I am around the area, it brings back childhood memories!
