I recently wrote about
a trail of twelve (and a half) Op Shops on the South Coast. Then yesterday I was walking along Goolwa's main street and, hey presto, yet another has appeared.

Goolwa's 'Bargain Barn' Op Shop
The Bargain Barn has actually been in Goolwa all along but recently disappeared from its usual location. It was conspicuous by its absence from my op shop trail and posed a mystery as to its whereabouts. Sue Ryan, who runs the op shop, says she has now found the ideal spot at 15 Cadell Street and swears she won't pack up the shop for another move during her lifetime. So there it's likely to stay.

Shed signs
In addition to numerous quirky items, including shed signs, there is a wide selection of new and near-new clothing at The Bargain Barn.

New and near-new clothing items
There are lots of smart items suitable for wardrobe augmentation as well as comfy, well-loved clothes that might suit painting or gardening projects or even dress-up play for visiting grandchildren.

Second hand clothing at The Bargain Barn
There are many shelves groaning under the weight of hundreds of books from all genres.

Lots of second hand books
And other shelves displaying household goods and bric-a-brac.
