The Goolwa Animal Farm is located at 85 Airport Rd, Goolwa. Here you can view a number of animals including peacock, hens, geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, lambs, goats, donkeys, kangaroos and emus. It is open from 10 am to 4 pm public holidays and weekends during the school term. It may also be open weekdays during the school holidays, perhaps call ahead on 0451502858 to check.

Some of the animals are tame enough to be petted, which is always a delight for the children. According to their official website, other animals have been rescued and donated by the RSPCA. They all look happy in their enclosures and on extremely hot or wet days, the farm will be closed to ensure the animals' comfort.

Entry costs ar: $11 for an Adult, $9 for a Child, and $8 for Seniors & Students. Children under two are free. In addition to the animal farm, there is a children's playground and café with a limited menu including tea and coffee and toasted sandwiches.
Please listen to instructions on entry because some animals bite and it is important to wash your hands after touching animals.
