Big Heart Adventures invites you to join them for their on Saturday 31st December 2022 from 8.00am to 10.00am. The location is Henley Beach Jetty, Seaview Road, Henley Beach. Walk barefoot on the sand and enjoy the benefits of walking both physically and mentally. Their walks are all about fun, fitness and friendship so bring your gear - a bag or backpack to carry your water bottle, sunscreen, hat and whatever personal items you need.

The walk is free, however, a $10.00 deposit is required to secure your spot and is refunded on the day when you attend so head to the Eventbrite website to book. Please note that this is not a women-only event. All are welcome. The minimum age requirement is 15 years old as long they are accompanied by a supervising adult - please check with Lisa if unsure.
