Is your 2021 New Year's Resolution to get fit and are looking for a fun, no-commitment way to connect with other like-minded people?

GoodRunnings is a running group which is organised by runners for runners - but don't think you have to already be a runner to join in a GoodRunnings event. Running is the passion of the GoodRunnings organisers and they aim to make running (and fitness) a passion for others. However, if walking is where you are at right now, then join in and have some fun while increasing your fitness.



GoodRunnings offers a variety of great events which you can join in with, as many or as little as you like all around South Australia.

Sunday 28 February – Moon Run
8 - 21 March – Variety Challenge (Virtual)
Tuesday 4 May – Geek Run
1 – 30 May – Streak Challenge (Virtual)
Sunday 20 June – River Run
12 – 16 July – The Great Chase (Virtual)
Sunday 8 August – Antsy for Anstey
Sunday 5 September – Hero Run
Sunday 19 September – Barossa Run
Sunday 3 October – Victory Harbor
9 - 10 October – The Game's Afoot (Virtual)
Thursday 11 November – Remembrance Challenge (Virtual)
Sunday 14 November – Maritime Run
Sunday 5 December – Reindeer Run
Thursday 9 December – Love is Love Run

Each event includes an aid station where lollies, hydration and first aid are available.



Events cater for all distances and abilities from 1 km through to 60 or more km. Costs vary from $5 - $95 dependent upon distance registered for but the earlier you register the cheaper it is. For those who like to have a token of their participation, medals can be purchased, but you must register your wish for a medal early. Medal costs available at each event website.

Virtual only events are events that you can participate in without attending a specific location. These events will see you facing a new challenge every other day for which you will be awarded points. More information is available at the GoodRunnings website.

If you want to join an event but cannot be there in person, every event has a Virtual registration option for just $20.

Some events may be sponsored and prizes or giveaways may be available. See each event page for further information.



A portion of profits for GoodRunnings traditional events are donated to the Northern Adelaide Domestic Violence Service. For virtual challenges and weekday events, a separate charity is chosen.

GoodRunnings events are COVID safe, however, may be subject to cancellation or date changes in response to the COVID situation.
