One of Victoria's most loved auction events, The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) Good Friday Appeal 's (GFA) Charity Home auction by Henley & Villawood Properties is one of the major contributors to The Appeal each year. Called the Palace 38, this is a stunning 4 bedroom double-storey home with Grand Alfresco on a spacious 599m2 lot in Villawood Properties' premium Waters precinct at Armstrong Mt Duneed.

With more than 27 years of experience, this is the 24th year Henley has built and donated houses to The Appeal, and it's the 8th year the house has been built on land donated by Villawood Properties. This year's charity home auction will have seen Henley raising over $13 million for the Good Friday Appeal. It also makes it the 61st house that Henley Philanthropy Programme has built for charity, which has raised over $23 million globally.
