The Good France (Goût de France) initiative organised by Michelin star chef Alain Ducasse and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development celebrates the influence of French gastronomy around the world on 19 March. KU DÉ TA is one of five restaurants in Singapore selected to participate in the worldwide roll-out.
From 18 to 22 March 2015, you can enjoy a special menu of French influenced Asian cuisine, which celebrates the French roots of Executive Chef Frederic Faucheux. Highlights include scallop carpaccio and lobster in rice wine jus, mushrooms and apple jelly, and grilled wagyu with langoustine in pastry with liquorice jus.
