Looking for some school holiday fun, that also includes a tasty lunch? Yep, that's right - lunch and kids' activity, for the same price. Head out to in Terrey Hills for a tasty Chinese lunch and a free round of putt putt.



The Chinese Restaurant has a full a la carte menu, but for those on a school holiday budget, they also include the free round with the 'specials'. I can recommend the generous Peking duck pancakes and the Chef 3 cup chicken, though my three year old loves the Sang choi bao.



For those visiting without children, there is also a $5 for 60 balls on the driving range option for diners.



The putt putt can also be the sole purpose of the visit, and it's a regular pastime for some local grandparents to share a fun activity with their grandkids. The course is in a leafy garden, and there are varying degrees of difficulty on the course, so it works for all levels.



So head out for a nice lunch and a round of putt putt - the kids will love it. But for my kids, it's a toss up if they like the lunch or the golf more...
