The Blue Lotus Water Garden is proudly presenting their first ever "" these Easter school holidays.This special celebration of Autumn will take place from the 1st of April until the 17th of April (Easter Monday) 2017.Located in Yarra Junction, the Blue Lotus Water Garden is Australia's largest water garden with 14 acres of exotic lotus flowers and lilies to explore.

With the change of season, thousands of lotus leaves are turning from summer green to shades of golden yellow creating the unique "".Over the 17 festive days, families are invited to enjoy a range of fun activities - some of the highlights include:Fabulous Fairy Garden with its 12 Giant Mushrooms, Quaint Fairy Village and Kid's Cubbies. Come and meet the Lotus Fairy Queen on weekends and Easter long weekend.Meet the Easter Bunny on Easter Saturday & Sunday for the egg hunt in the fairy garden. Check website for more details.

Live music by local artist "Eagle" on weekends & Easter long weekend (weather permitting).See the huge Giant Lily with lily pads bigger than in summer! The NEW Longwood hybrid Giant Lily can grow lily pads up to 2.5m in diameter. If you're lucky you may even, see one of its huge flowers (up to 40cm in diameter).See the special Golden Lotus with its 88 petals - the only one in Australia.Meander the perennial walk of autumn flowers along Monet's Lake, with its stunning display of magnificent impatiens and colourful salvias. You will be amazed by the "Giant Lotus Flower Fountains" that protrude from the lake.

Take a pic of the amazing collection of tropical waterlilies still in full bloom. See many other rare and wonderful plants that have been collected from across Australia and around the world.Relax with the family and enjoy dozens of picnic shelters and 3 park BBQs.Or relax at Wiel's Lily Pond Café or an ice cream at the Kiosk.
