If you have read my article 'Where's the Best Korean Fried Chicken in Adelaide?' , you will know that my family simply loves Korean Fried Chicken. Thus when a friend informed us that the best Korean Fried Chicken in Adelaide can be found at Golden Chicken & Seafood, we could not resist checking it out.

Instead of all parts of the chicken, Golden uses wings only. You can choose from packs of varying sizes with your choice of plain, sweet spicy, hot soy or mild soy flavours. For a bit of an extra cost, you can have a mixture of flavours in a pack.

The wings were of the right size to be eaten as a snack, with the crisp coating contrasting well with the meat. The Sweet Spicy Wings had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavours while the Hot Soy Wings had a potent spicy punch. While we thought the Mild Soy Wings were not as good as the Soy Korean Chicken from Chicken Coop, it still had enough soy flavour to make eating them enjoyable. Accompanying the wings was some salad to help balance out their flavour.

Golden Chicken & Seafood also offers a wide range of Aussie favourites such as Fish & Chips, Yiros and burgers. The ambience of the place is that of a neighbourhood takeaway outlet, with chairs for waiting customers but no tables for dining there. Plenty of parking spaces are available in the car park of the small complex where the takeaway shop is located.
