A Cantonese favourite, suckling pig is not readily available in Hong Kong-style restaurants in Sydney. I managed to secure an order at Golden Century Seafood Restaurant while stock lasted. Although it looked the part and the skin was crackling crispy, the overall taste was flat, hinting at lack of freshness. It's passable suckling pig while I search for a tastier option around Sydney.
