I like to participate in life rather than be a spectator. Music, dancing, theatre, travelling, food, cycling and walking are some of my passions. Writing is an enjoyable pastime that allows me to share my experiences.

Cinema without the chat
We are not fans of viewing movies in the local complex as there are too many people chatting, eating loudly and using phones. We would rather pay a bit more to enjoy the movie in peace. There are many fewer patrons and the pairs of comfortable recliner loungers are separated from other theatre goers.
To this end when there is a movie on that we are both looking forward to we go to a Gold Class session at Castle Hill. Our latest outing was to see the newest instalment of the Star Wars franchise, Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
One of the other benefits of Gold Class viewing is the ability to have an alcoholic beverage and more substantial food offerings than popcorn. We generally indulge in a glass of wine but as we had been given a gift voucher at Christmas we ordered some food as well. The food options are overpriced and quite small servings and I would not suggest that they replace a meal.
To sum up we will return to Gold Class at Castle Hill but we will not be spending up on the dining options.
