Located in Golden Grove, Goldburger and Steak is a great place to enjoy a wide range of burgers as well as steak. This is a good family dining place as Goldburger also has a few meals available that are suitable for them.
Featuring a combination of eggplant, zucchini and roasted peppers as garnishing, their Chicken Veg Burger had a chicken breast fillet that was cooked just right with the vegetables complementing it well. Some mustard added a bit of tanginess to the burger. It normally comes with cheese but we ordered ours without it.

For those desiring something a bit spicy, the Chilli Goldburger is a good choice. The beef patty had the degree of char-grilled flavour we desired and enough chilli sauce to give it a bit of a kick while not being too spicy for those not used to spicy foods.

Goldburger is one of the few places we visited that offers fish burgers. Their Barramundi Gold Burger had a generous-sized piece of barramundi that was cooked to perfection. The well-cooked fish was a good contrast to the crisp, golden brown battering coating. The relatively simple addition of tomato, lettuce, tomato sauce and mustard gave the burger a fresher taste compared to their chicken and beef burgers.

Aside from chips, Goldburger also offers Potato Cakes as a side dish to accompany their burgers. The potato cakes were fried to golden brown with a fluffy texture and had a bit of salt sprinkled over them to lift their flavour. If you desire to add more flavour, you can dip them in the tomato sauce provided.

While the restaurant is primarily designed for their burgers to be ordered for takeaway there are still some seats available should you decide to eat there. Off-street parking is conveniently located in the car park at the back of the restaurant.
